Terms of Use (EULA)

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SETZ on devices you own or control, solely for your personal fitness tracking and related social features. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from SETZ except as allowed by law.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and use SETZ only for lawful purposes.

SETZ provides workout tracking and related features for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and does not replace care from licensed healthcare professionals. You are responsible for your own safety and health decisions. Stop exercise and seek medical care if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or concerning symptoms. Consult a qualified professional before changing medications, supplements, or training programs.

Some features require a SETZ Premium auto-renewable subscription purchased through the Apple App Store. The subscription title, length, and price shown in the SETZ purchase flow and on the App Store product page apply at the time of purchase.

• Length: Monthly (1 month), auto-renewing
• Payment: Charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

If a free trial or introductory offer is available and you are eligible, the offer details shown by Apple and in the SETZ purchase flow apply. Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where permitted by Apple.

Harassment, abuse, spam, and unlawful content are prohibited. Do not post content that is hateful, threatening, or sexually explicit. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service, including social feed and profile features.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent allowed by law. To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages is disclaimed.

If you obtained SETZ from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these terms are between you and Nogueras Designs (ND.Builds), not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for SETZ. Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, product claims, or intellectual property claims related to SETZ, except as required by applicable law. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

We may update features and these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of SETZ after an update means you accept the revised terms.
