Digit's warehouse hours show humanoids winning on chores, not stunts
Agility's Digit kept stacking proof in logistics: tote moves, multi-site hours, and Robots-as-a-Service contracts.
Early June robotics coverage kept returning to Digit as the humanoid with the clearest warehouse scoreboard. Company and trade disclosures pointed to multi-site deployments, large tote volumes at GXO, and a Robots-as-a-Service model that sells work done rather than metal stood in a lab.
## The product lesson Humanoids break into industry through repetitive material handling. Carry, place, repeat. Balance demos are marketing. Cycle time is procurement.
## Action Map your facility's tote and part-presentation tasks before you tour a robot. If the job is not cage-free material movement, a humanoid may be the wrong tool. Buy the chore, not the biped identity.
